Saturday, May 4, 2019 - After opening it starts with a funky scent. Strong mixture of tartness and oak on the palate. After a necessary hour, it reflects a pleasant ripe lemon taste with a long finish of some minerals and a some bitterness during the first hour. Likely just too young .
