Friday, December 30, 2022 - Medium golden color. Aromas of fig, roasted peach, ripe lychee, and noticeable touch of oak. Acid and oak are prominent on the palate. Flavors of yellow stone fruits, pecan with a hint of mint that are not as intense as one would like. Acidic backbone tends to detract from structure. Best to consume before long.
