Monday, August 31, 2020 - {screwcap} Ripe and fruity for Tahbilk. Plums, blackberries. Not hugely cabernet although there's a curranty blackness I suppose. Fine medium tannins, more grape than oak. Low/medium acidity. Medium weight, and medium length finish. One of the better vintages over the past decade I think. Keep another 5-8 years easily, and see some evolution too.
