Thursday, May 5, 2022 - Color: medium-dark garnet
Nose: very intense ripe strawberry and violets. Ripe cherry. Baking spice, though not overly intrusive. Putpourri and tomato concentrate
Palate: medium-high acidity, medium-high tannin yet untamed. Body medium-full and good aromatics intensity. Stones and burnt tires appear, confirming the nose otherwise
Finish: medium-long

Wow so this slants modern but at this stage it is a 100% overpeforming nebbiolo from a great vintage with balance, depth, intensity. I think 3-5 years for this to peak. For now 2 hours of air recommended.
