Wednesday, February 29, 2012 - An amazing meal (Rhys, SQN, KB, Margaux, Angelus, Ducru, Kalin): Ruby/purple in color. This is still young and needs time. IT got about 4 hours of slow-ox. The nose has nice cherry notes with some spice. Very feminine and soft. Slight tannins. Tight layering on the palate. Very nice texture. Went well with the food as it had a nice bite of acidity.
