Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - Opened last night and finished today. Very nice, and a real steal when purchased in years gone by. Very deep, dark ruby color, not really showing any signs of age. Gentle but noticeable cherry fruit nose. Quite deeply flavored with smoke and black cherries. Earth, too. This is a really fine example of low-cost Burgundy. A few more years of life ahead, too. 5-11-16-8: 90/100.
