Sunday, December 20, 2015 - When everything works (Roots Bistro Gourmand): An olive note dominated but did not detract from the pleasure offered by this solid bottle. Strong fruit suggested fuel left in the tank. I recall the bottle a few years ago being better balanced and more complete but this one showed younger.
