Saturday, March 3, 2018 - Shiny yellow colour. Fruity and floral noose, like green apple, nectarin, white flowers and slightly touch of sweet spice. Medium bodied with a nice freshness and smoth texture. Existence of some sweetness on the palate puts the wine in a an special but narrow segment for especially food pairings ( spicy vegetable meal, spicy white meats or salty cheese). Clear and delicious finish.
