Saturday, October 27, 2012 - Clear yellow core with very small and persistent bubbles. The white mousse was thick and stayed for several minutes. Nose of mineral, yeast, brioche, citrus - classic lighter styled Champagne nose. Dry with still some richness - mineral, brine, brioche on the palate - complex and layered. The finish was medium with the mineral and yeast continuing. A delicious Champagne and very much worth the money. Drink now and for the next 5 years - it will just become more complex with age.
