Saturday, October 18, 2014 - A really interesting grower Champagne which deviates from the standard non-offensive Champagne formula in a really nice way. Characterful grassy and citrus notes. Lovely length. Excellent bubbles. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.
