Raspberry fruit with soil on the nose, medium bodied, quite light with fine but firm tannins but just enough weight and body to carry them, raspberry fruit, soil, a touch of iron - quite old fashioned in that sense, fresh acids, decent length finish. Decent, characterful village burgundy. Enjoyed this, drinking well but no hurry.
