Lovely nose of cherry liqueur, faint baking spice, forest floor, compost, damp earth.
Palate at the lighter end of medium bodied, a little thin, raspberries, currants, orange rind, oolong tea, spice, mineralite, good acidity, silky mouthfeel, moderate length.
The most fresh and alive compared to the '59 and '61 drunk recently.
