Friday, January 13, 2023 - Needed an hour in the glass to unfold: Mainly red fruit (beside others strawberries), smoky elements, spices (white pepper, cinnamon, cloves), ripe tannins, still a quite high acidity, superb density and length. Tremendous village wine, at the beginning of its drinking window. Excellent and more to come.
