Saturday, December 26, 2020 - Allowed to breathe in glass 1 hour. Clear deep garnet-blood-ruby color. Notes of mixed red and black fruits and their liqueurs; mincemeat, damp soil, Christmas relish, hints of camphor and barnyard. Has a "generic old red wine" quality, but still somewhat identifiable as burgundy. Fine with food.
