Friday, March 5, 2021 - Pale yellow, clear, bright. Pear, banana honey, smoke, apple, ripe cheese, lactic nose. Med + to full body, with a silky texture. Some more tropical like flavors on palate along with baked buttery citrus. Some smoke and vanilla coming through as well. Med acid and med- finish. Nicely balanced and a pleasure to drink
