Sunday, July 8, 2018 - Ruby transparent core with a tinge of age towards the rim. Subtle and gentle aromatics of Ovaltine and shaved dried coconut, red fruits and dried fruits, middle eastern spices. Light bodied, elegant with texture of silk, red and dark fruits, leather, cloves, pitch perfect acidity, faint smear of tannins, good length. With time, the red fruit becomes crystalline with wonderful purity. Beautiful and drinking so well now.
