Sunday, September 16, 2018 - Smells of purple fruit, a lot of oak and dill. Aromas opened up to more dill, corn syrup, and a hint of menthol. Similar notes on palette with a nice woodsy/cedary component. Very dilly. Long finish with decent tannic structure to continue aging.
