Monday, November 5, 2018 - The wine is medium garnet. The nose is of medium intensity with aromas of sandalwood, red cherries, red currants, vanilla, strawberry yogurt. On the palate the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium silky tanins, medium alcohol, medium body and a medium intensity on the palate. The flavors are of fresh red cherries, red plums, toast, cinnamon, with a medium plus finish of fruit and toast. The wine is well balanced with some length on the finish, but is lacking in intensity. Overall the wine is drinking well right now, not sure it will improve with age.
