Friday, December 21, 2018 - A bit closed on opening, a splash decant and ample swirling in the glass helped. Continued to open up over the course of the 90 minutes in which it was consumed. Dark dried cherries, spices, firm tannins and acidity. Went well with pizza and cavatelli in truffle sauce.
