Sunday, February 24, 2019 - Wow! Could be an orange wine, slightly oxidative but lots of American oak... rich vanilla and cinnamon spice & mixed spice. Apricot and candied peel. Clementines.
Sweet baked banana. Not a heavy wine, almost elegant, medium body, medium alcohol and acidity.
long haunting finish.
Definitely young

2/27/2019 8:22:00 AM - Interesting...the way you described it made it sound like the white since it reminds me, in some ways, of an orange wine. I've never really thought of the red that way.
