Sunday, April 28, 2019 - Dinner at SoCa (Raleigh)- Da 'Knurd, Mrs Knurd, Jake + Jocelyn, Leif, Brian. Didn't take formal notes but you don't have to with this wine, left an impression with everyone at the table. Beautiful showing from the bottle, SoCa is caribbean / latin themed and you couldn't find a better pairing. Still bright fruit with darker earthy tones on the finish, magical with the cuisine: churrasco, beef cheeks, polenta, short ribs, even the vegan caribbean curried cauliflower. A+ experience (94).
