Thursday, October 17, 2019 - With pork chops this wine sang. The Lopez de Heredia Riojas stand alone for their old style, released when ready and having the musty, dark fruit character that makes them unique.
I visited the winery five years ago. Probably the neatest visit I've done. No stainless steel, just wine making as it was a century ago. Lots of cobwebs!
