Friday, February 5, 2021 - opens with deep scents of cherry, dried herbs, leather and tomato juice, medium bodied, seamless, the upfront acid balances all of the elements well, bright red cherry, cranberry, loose tea leaves, tobacco and stone nuances show gently on the palate, the mouthfeel is impressively clean while leaving a dry impression, drinks well upon opening but really went strong throughout the evening, this is a smoking deal and drinks well now but could easily lay down for a couple of decades, had with a mushroom cheeseburger
