Saturday, April 3, 2021 - Magnum drunk with roast pork belly. Bright, deep garnet. Nose of soft stewed dark stone fruits with some earthiness. Minerality dominated the palate with the same fruit elements lingering in the background. Really very nicely balanced and good length. Tannins have integrated beautifully making the wine feel quite velvety. Not the most intense nor complex of wines but a very pretty wine which slipped down very easily. No roughness just very smooth. At its peak now and for the next 10 years.
