Friday, September 17, 2021 - P&p; needs at least one hour of air in the bottle, getting fuller and more expressive. Fragrant floral, darkish fruit, tobacco and dill sorts of aromas, with some elegant aged character while staying quite fresh. Nice combination of both fresh and dried flowers. Similar on the palate, pleasant fruit and flowers, with good acidity, firm but well integrated tannins, and savory, slightly earthy and herbaceous depth. Drinking well, quite enjoyable; seems like drink or hold. Even better with food (worked great with blood sausage sauteed with shallots and Aleppo pepper).
