Thursday, September 13, 2007 - Way flusher than six months ago, and if the trend continues, this will fatten up to a point where a major journal would be willing to call it a ninety point wine. (As for my sake, 89 point wines are the best wines.) Rosy cherry, a bit of tar (enough for Erin to guess it was a Barbaresco!) good length, moderate tannins, and just ruled with a spicy sausage pasta dish.
