Friday, June 11, 2021 - Dark raspberry, game, and oak-derived spice. Midweight with dark, rich but not overripe fruit, supple and plush yet balanced but an appealing freshness and bright acidity that lends a real sense of vibrancy. Much more accessible than a bottle a year hence but still needs time. Drink starting 2026.
