Friday, December 9, 2022 - Excellent food wine. Nice berry flavors are balanced out by a bit of tannin and quite a bit more acidic structure than one might expect. Opened well over several hours of drinking. It doesn’t feel like there’s much of a hurry to this—that acidity should hold up for several more years.
