Tuesday, August 22, 2017 - Ripe black berries with slightly sweet spice. Starts off as rich and concentrated, doesn't quite finish as opulent, but with good minerality through moderately long finish. Picked up weight with more time in glass, with the last taste (at 3 hours) being the best. Very good for now, and should drink well for another decade.
