Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - Bond dinner at Hua Ting: What a contrast to the Melbury alongside. More classic with restrained, dark red fruit. Earthy, rustic notes with higher acid, slightly dusty tannins. Nose also got more old-school Bordeaux-like and perfumed with air. Second favourite of the night for me.
