Friday, July 8, 2022 - On the sweet side, very full and fresh with tropical flavours of pineapple and lychee. More reminiscent of a Barsac than i was expecting. We had it with a spicy soup but if i had another bottle and i'd serve it with a soft blue cheese, or pudding.
