Tuesday, March 15, 2022 - Slow-oxed for about 2hrs. Perfumed bouquet - typical of an aged burg. A little light at first for a GC but gradually put on more weight after a while. Started singing around the 3.5hr mark. Showing really well for a 33year old Chapelle. Won't get any better than this.
