Friday, April 19, 2024 - Mature. Wonderful Syrah in its drinking window. Really came to life with about 30 minutes of air. All those meaty, smokey notes that I love. Plenty of dark fruits. Enough tannin to carry it through to a long finish. Feels like it still has some time left if you are holding on.
