Sunday, February 4, 2018 - The color is a pale wheat yellow with a slight olive tint. The nose is floral, with stone fruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, guava, lime, and apple. The 75 has bright, crisp acidity and a terrific array of flavors. It tastes of peach, unsweetened pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, and Golden Delicious apple.
