Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - From a magnum. Ripe red cherries, ripe red raspberries, cumin, fennel seed and cloves on the nose. Medium + intensity of aromas. Smells younger than 9 years old. The palate tastes more like its true age. The condition of the fruits changes to something more preserved, like Kirsch. It adds black licorice and a little bit of smoked cedar wood, finishing with bacon grease. Very much varietally correct for Grenache.

Medium body with bright medium + acidity and low tannin. Drink now. At peak in this format..and probably over the hill already if from a .750. Good pairing with BBQ brisket (American style)
