Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - This was a great bottle of wine, but it needs plenty of air to turn the initial petroleum nose into a rich lime bouquet. The second day was so much better than the first that it didn't seem like the same wine. Great purity, mouthfeel, aftertaste, and well integrated citrus and white fruit flavors.
