Tuesday, February 6, 2018 - Lighter nose with mango lassi. Follows on palate - exotic fruits, creaminess. Fresh and focused with the sugars being an accent instead of main drive. Slight brûlee notes and more exotic fruits. Lacey and crystalline with lift on the finish. Coats lips with honey and wax. Gorgeous.
