Friday, June 8, 2018 - Ripe peach, citrus fruit, maybe a bit of candied fruit, plenty of rising bread dough, note of minerality on the nose.

Palate is very similar, but has a tart note in the finish that isn't quite what I expected. Not sure if this is a stylistic choice, or a reflection of youth in the wine. Really high acidity, so maybe it's just that.

If I had a bottle, I would keep for another couple years.
