Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Served blind. Out of glass, it felt like an intense chardonnay. With half a day of air, the high alcohol and herbal white stone fruits pointed me towards roussanne with suspiciously high acidity. Oak pointed new world. An intense white wine with the acidity to back it up.

This was certainly a fun wine to blind, and an enjoyable wine to drink, especially with sufficient time to air.
