Friday, April 22, 2022 - Primary notes of lime rind, lime leaf, unripe peach, wet stone & whiff of petrol. Acidity is laser-like. All in all a beautiful wine but at this stage I’m finding the fruit a bit hollow in the mid palate (& the acidity has enveloped). Dynamite aperitif wine though, esp. for the price.
