There's moderate sweetness - much less than many modern Spatlese, as this feels true to its pradikat in terms of weight and richness, and it's matched by those bright '01 acids, finishing long and just barely off-dry. Glad I have one more bottle of this, though I'm not rushing on that (or any of my Auslese).
