Monday, April 24, 2017 - Visit to Chandon de Briailles-2015 Wines (Savigny-lès-Beaune, France): Ruby. Complex aromas already. Earthy cherry fruit. Clearly less ripe than others that preceded it. Excellent acidity, properly austere, dry finish. Serious wine with a lean line that belies the nature of the vintage.
