Monday, April 2, 2018 - Once upon a time long in in the distant past when I was a young man and first getting into wine this was a regular on my table at £3 a bottle which was imo pretty posh for my student digs. Now at £9 a go my first taste for maybe 30 years ( I moved on to Rosemount at £4 a bottle in the late 80’s- now sadly gone from my local wine market) and to be honest it was not overly exciting. Still it avoided shame and proved a great talking point.
