Wednesday, January 9, 2019 - I don't usually decant a zin but this one is weird on opening with a fizzy cola sensation in the mouth up front. 2 hours in and this is just a very nice, smooth spicy peppery red fruited beauty. I think people are missing out if you don't give this one some air.
