Wednesday, September 25, 2019 - Drank in three days to observe its evolution. Dark, reductive and shut on day one and two. Very similar to the 2016 bonnes mares on all three days. Violets, candied fruit, spice bomb, flowers and crushed stones. Weightless and ethereal with relentless length. 95-96
