Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Dinner at Caroline's: Woolly and honeyed nose that led me to Chenin, but the colour was golden in colour and tasted like something from the ‘90s. Ripe fruit with high alcohol but had some distracting herbal notes and shrill acidity. Also had a strange oxidative, cider note. Interesting to try but wouldn’t buy one with my own money.
