Saturday, February 9, 2013 - Open alongside a 2003 Dönnhoff Schloßböckelheimer Felsenberg Riesling Spätlese and served for Chinese New Year dinner. I like this better than the Felsenberg. Both were nice but this was more elegant with a touch more acid to go with the sweetness. The sweetness was also not over-powering, giving it a nice balance
