Wednesday, May 4, 2022 - PNP. Evidence of seepage on the cork but the cork wasn’t brittle. Dark and brooding in the glass. Not very expressive out of the gate on the nose - could be the lack of air and cellar temperature at this evaluation point. After an hour the nose exhibited some of the black fruit from the palate.

On the palate, dark fruits and pepper full bodied. This one is 15.5 alcohol but doesn’t reflect the heat. Fairly balanced acidity and tannins aren’t overbearing.
