Sunday, July 19, 2020 - Big and brawny when tasted after a Produttori del Barbaresco. PnP by circumstances. Heavy scents of cherry and blackberry, charcoal and tar. Lots of coarse tannins and tastes of dark berries and grilled game. Mellowed out a little with air so this is probably not the most fair evaluation of this wine. Take the score fwiw as conservative.
Score: 88+. Relative to expectations: 0+
