Sunday, January 8, 2023 - This French Riesling is beginning to mature well. Almost fortified nose. Apricot and something tropical. The palate is still relatively fresh. Tropical fruit, diesel and well-ripe fruit. High acidity makes it stand up well to pork ribs.
